What's the deal with shipping?

If you live in the contiguous US, shipping is just $9.99 on any order.

Your items will be dispatched with UPS Ground, and your order should be with you in 1-3 business days (depending on how far away from our locations in Florida and California you are).

If you live in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or Guam, you'll pay standard UPS shipping rates which will be calculated on the shipping page.

Do you ship internationally?

Sorry. We don't tend to ship to locations outside the US. However, we might be able to sort something if you get in touch. Just email support@surfboardracks.com for help and we'll get back to you right away.

Do you offer refunds?

Absolutely! If you're unhappy with your order when it arrives (for example, if a rack doesn't fit your car) then we'll refund you if you send the racks back within 28 days and the racks are still in new condition. Unfortunately we are unable to refund or cover the cost of shipping.

What do I do if my order hasn't turned up yet?

First: accept our apologies. Second: email support@surfboardracks.com and we'll get right on it.
